Basic construction techniques and binding, but there will be opportunity to experiment – making soft covers for books using layering/bonding techniques and hard covers using encaustic collage.”

CTDG Exhibition of Members’ Work
Members are invited to enter work to be exhibited at the Ness Botanic Gardens, Liverpool University between 4th and 18th April, 2012. Please indicate your interest in taking part in the exhibition by emailing the chairman@ctdg.org.uk. An application form will be printed in the next issue of Design-IT.
ENTRY RULES
1. Only members of the CTDG may enter work.
2. All work must be computer-designed and textile-related.
3. Any size and any technique can be entered, but space availably will be a consideration.
4. Work should be insured by you for the duration of the show and sent at your own risk.
5. Work should have its own hangings ready to be hung (but NOT
mirror plates).
6. Work must be sent to the Chairman and received between 28th - 31st March 2012.
7. All work must be labelled on the back with Title Name, Address and price.
8. All wrappings must be labelled and substantial enough for return packaging.
9. Two Return address labels and a cheque for return postage/courier must be included. We recommend www.Parcels2go.com.
10. Please include a hanging fee of £10 for any number of entries to
cover expenses.
11. There will be no commission taken on sales of work.
