Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of The Computer Textile Design Group will take place on Saturday 6 September at 2.30p.m in the Conference Room at The Quaker Meeting House, Euston Road, London (directly opp. Euston Station).

Immediately following the AGM there will be a presentation by Sarah Brownie - our President - on the results achieved by students at the CTDG Workshop in August There will, hopefully, be pieces of work to look at.

ANY PROPOSALS AND NOMINATIONS FOR COMMITTEE SHOULD REACH THE CHAIRMAN AT chairman@ctdg.org.uk BY 16 August 2008

These will then be put on the web site with a voting form which should reach the Chairman by 5 September 2008. These votes will be added to those made at the AGM. A proposer and seconder is required together with the agreement of the nominee.
